Only 4 more days until Sea Camp

Only 4 more days until Sea Camp!

Here are a few reminders before this Friday's trip!

Bring $10 cash on Friday for your mask, snorkel and fins rental.  If you are bringing your own mask it must be made of tempered glass.

Don't forget to pack a lunch for the busride on Friday.  Include three (3) self-contained drinks (water, juice, Gatorade).  No sodas or energy drinks.

We won't be eating again until Friday evening, which is pizza night.

A plastic bag for wet clothes is suggested by Sea Camp.  Our suggestion is to pack your child’s Sunday bus-ride clothes home in the plastic bag so they stay clean and dry for the trip home.  There is nothing worse than riding for six hours home in stinky, wet clothes.

Donations of bottled water or snacks for the bus would be very appreciated!  We have 28 students going on the trip.  Donations can be brought in early and placed in Mrs. Rossheim's room or brought the day of the trip.
THANK YOU!

We are looking forward to an awesome trip!  We will keep you posted of any additional updates.

Fishing poles

We have had a few questions about fishing during students' free time.

This is from Sea Camp: "If you have students who wish to fish – you will be given information on the available location. A chaperone from your school must be present at all times. ALL FISHING IS CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY. Participants must provide all of their own fishing equipment and bait; artificial lures are recommended as there is no storage area for frozen bait."

If a student does bring a fishing pole, they will be responsible for keeping track of and carrying the fishing pole.
